چکیده
Odontomas are benign non-aggressive odontogenic tumors and most commonly regarded to be intraosseous lesions of jaw bones. A facial extraoral peripheral odontoma with an intriguing ectopic appearance is uncommon. visual, radiographic, histological confirmation complex facilitates the treatment surgical excision, which inhibits creation fistula preserves esthetics.
